This is my entry for the Digital-Whisper Challenge " Orange and Blue". We were given 6 images and were to use 3-4 of them to create a digital collage. I used 5 of the given images
to create this piece starting on a background of my own and then layering and reducing opacity . Multiply and soft light filters added in Photoshop. Lots of fun and great images from a new challenge site!
I've been following your blog for a short time, and love your work. I think digital art has come into it's own, finally. I still use paint and canvas, but your work inspires me. I'm glad you share, and I found your blog.
Art and mixed media have always been a part of my life. From early on I began with fiber arts, stained glass and onto mosaics and altered journals. I have tried to express myself through a whole range of art processes. I am a wife, a mother and lover of nature and hope that some of the things I have made bring some joy and inspiration to others. Digital collage is a new voice for my art expression and a way to continue evolving.
