This is my entry for the Collage Obsession Challenge ( Mirror) where we were given this lovely image of a bather. I altered it quite a bit adding wings and a lake scene (all from personal photos). I used her mirror image (cropped and reduced opacity) for the image in the lake. I added scattered roses (Photoshop brush)and rock wall cropped and layered (scrapbookgraphics) to complete the landscape.

I like the way you have used the image Lori-the way she is in the lake. Her wings remind me of May flies which always remind me of fairies. It is isnteresting to read how you did it too!
ReplyDeleteLori,
ReplyDeleteYou have combined some of my favorite things, dragonflys, flowers, lake and body embellishments. This one truly stands out as fabulous.
Lori, this is exquisite.
ReplyDeletejust wonderful! I love the bold color of the roses against the muted tones. And the image of the woman bathing in the forest seems like amother in your Goddess series.

I can't believe it's been this long since I've been on the computer. I've been dealing with rain, rain, and more rain, which has a way of settling in my basement. So, this is a real treat to come here and see what you've made this past few days. I am so in awe of how you interpreted the mirror and placed everything in such perfect composition. This is truly lovely.
ReplyDeletesplendide: i don't know this world in english: bravo for all your marvelous work
