Haiku





Gold woman vibrant
in your song of surrender
give nothing away.

Emotions abstract
bending shadows of the heart
threads of silk on fire.

Whispered wings hover
breathless until tomorrow
love's own haiku.




This is my entry for the Take A Word challenge where the theme is"Oriental". Geisha images from Dover blended with one of my own backgrounds and other background image from Lorie Davison at scrapbookgraphics.

    These are awesome, Lori! The Geishas seem to be dancing from one image to the next. The haiku verses are just icing on the cake! What a delicious treat for the eyes today. Thank you! :)
