Greenwood Garden

"Aine of Knockaine is a Celtic goddess of love and fertility, later known as the Fairy Queen.  Aine is revered among Irish herbalists and healers and is said to be responsible for the body's life force".

"Green" is the theme for the upcoming Take A Word  challenge.  My digital collage is a tribute to the Celtic spirit; it's love of nature, myth and the turning of the wheel. Imagery from Dover books, itKuPiLLi, Christine Rennee and Ztampf at Scrapbookgraphics.

  1. Oh, she's simply lovely, with all the tiny butterflies flitting around her. And I always love the way you use text as an element.
