New Kid

Okay school wasn't always this dark and foreboding but we all had our fears as the new kid. A little fun here with imagery from Finecrafted designs, DCWV artist papers, Holliewood and a little Harry Potter thrown in there too.   For the Three Muses challenge "School Days".

  7. OK. What do I Love the most about this. The sense of foreboding. The crown on the bird's head. The golden apple. I could go on and on...

  18. I went to twelve different schools, and lucky for me being the new kid wasn't quite this bad. I do think your piece expresses, though, what institutions do to creativity. School is a dark place for inspiration.
