April's Bloom

This is my entry for this week's theme at Take a Word challenge "Bloom". This piece just grew and grew with multiple layers of a little steampunk (Rosey Posey) , vintage imagery (Dover) and background from Lorie Davison at deviant art scraps.

  1. What a delightful piece of serendipity, Lori! Isn't it interesting how we "do" some pieces, and some pieces "do" us? lol This is beautiful.

  10. Very interesting piece. The classical enviroment contrasts and, at the same time, is complemented by the steampunk flowers. The shades of brown, pink and green are so beautiful.
