Red Queen

This is my entry for the Mixed Media Monday challenge "Seeing Red". This is my digital version of the ominous Red Queen with her red roses (from my garden) and her haughty attitude. Image from evint.com, background made from various art papers. Gradient and soft light hues all blended in Photoshop.

  19. I love that you used flowers from your garden for this one. I can only imagine how difficult it is to create a digital image as beautiful as this one is. It must be hard to combine the reds in the way that you did. They blend so well.

  27. Hi Lori,

Thanks for visiting my blog! I have been doing my own thing and not participating in the challenges lately. I love your Red Queen! Very cool how the diamond pattern is across her eyes, and I love her expression! I am on my work computer, hopefully this comment will "take." I can never seem to leave comments from my home computer. Take care!
    Hugs,
    Diane
