Fairy Glimmer

This is my entry for the 4x4friday challenge "Glitter". Multi layers of artist papers (DCWV- Once Upon a time) on top of one of my own botanical backgrounds. Mixed difference and multiply filters used. Opacity reduced for shadowed silhouette. Wings are glittered and enhanced in Photoshop. You may click on the photo to enlarge for enhancement.

  6. She is so whimsical yet realistic. When I enlarged her I sort of gasped. It's like venturing into a fairy garden. You must be very pleased with this one. She is one of my favorites.

  7. The transparency of those wings really shines through. And of course, the glitter. I'm not a glitter person, but this piece could quickly cause me to change my mind. Have a great weekend.
