Naomi

This is my entry for the Digital Whisper challenge "Ancient" in which we were given a beautiful old scroll type texture (thanks Kimmie) that I used as a background for this piece. I added an image from e-vint along with script, digital beads and multply and soft light filters all blended and layered in Photoshop.

  2. Lori, I love how your mind works! What a creative use for the scroll. Such a beautiful image...reminds me of an ancient oil painting. The beads are a great addition. Makes me want to touch the painting, it looks so real. Applause!

  7. Another gorgeous piece. it seems like a very ancient piece of art, that one would findlike a treasure in a small, out of the way museum.

  8. This piece is perfect for the name "ancient" It invokes in me a sense of lost time. I feel as though I once knew the woman with the beautiful cloth babuska/scarf. I am sure I passed by her on one of my travels.
