Artisan

Woke up real early this morning and made this entry for the 4x4 Friday challenge. This digital collage is made from personal photos taken in New York and San Rafael, (Italian Street Painting festival) and a magazine image. I wanted to capture the spirit of the street artisan with all of the movement, color and sort of chaos that represents urban art. He be jammin'.

  1. I can almost hear the sounds of the sax as the street musician plays in front of graffiti covered walls. I hope his tip bucket overflows by the time he has finished his song. I would say you truly captured the feel and spirit of the street musician.

  9. You really did capture the essence of the street painting art with those vibrant colors. We don't have any street painters here but I have seen some fabulous work in other parts of the world. This is really beautiful, Lori.
