The Time Keeper

This is my digital "Time" entry for The Three Muses challenge this week.
Time is a vast and many -sided theme ; almost too big to portray easily in an art entry. I have a real love/hate relationship with time. I need it to bring order and accomplishment to my life yet it can be so restrictive and stressful . It is always present , marching on , sometimes running behind and for sure running out! Learning to manage it, save it and keep it- is something I think we all try to balance while trying to proverbally live in the moment. My collage trys to represent time through age with wisdom , control and synchronisity.

  1. I hear ya, sistah! :) Time is fickle. Wish I could throw out my alarm clocks, which I do pack them up during the summer months (Bruce and I are both teachers) so our world isn't run by schedule and trivial time. Beautiful art you've created. Love the image of Father Time you've included. Reminds me of a fun Tracy Roos new year image I just ordered last week from Alphastamps.

  6. I used to worry about time ...all the time.....but now I never even look at the clock....I find it is so much easier to just enjoy each day...and not worry about it...but there are days when time eats me up too...especially with deadlines....

    Wonderful work Lori!!!
